Noah joined Montgomery Scarp & Chait, PLLC as an attorney in 2018. Previously, Noah practiced civil and administrative law in Massachusetts, first doing defense work as in-house counsel for a large insurance company and then doing claimant work in private practice for a small firm.  Noah has extensive experience representing clients from the inception of a claim through its resolution and has a unique perspective having worked for both defendants and claimants on many different types of matters, including personal injury, toxic exposure, property damage, construction-site accident, premises liability, workers’ compensation, social security disability, and disability retirement cases.   

Noah is admitted to the Washington and Massachusetts State Bars and concentrates his practice in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense, railroad law, the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), and the Jones Act.  Noah received an undergraduate degree in History from Boston College and then received a JD and an MBA from Northeastern University.  During law school, Noah gained additional legal experience working for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the Northeastern University Counsel’s Office, the City Attorney for the City of Revere, Massachusetts, and a private construction law firm.

Outside of work, Noah likes to spend time with his friends and family, enjoy the outdoors, exercise, relax, and watch sports.
